He works across several practice groups including Corporate, Emerging Growth Companies & Venture Capital, Securities & Capital Raising and Professional Responsibility & Risk Management. Based in Palo Alto, California, he is also a Lecturer at the University of California Berkeley School of Law and a member of the Board of Trustees of the State Bar of California.
