VLP Law Group LLP has been recognized as a winner of the 2026 Bay Area Best Places to Work, an awards program presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Select employers from the Bay Area were named winners of the award at a ceremony held in Burlingame on June 11, 2026. Leslie Shirasu, Talent Acquisition & Workplace Experience Manager, was in attendance to accept the award on behalf of the firm. This year, VLP placed 6th in its category, its highest placement to date.

Award applicants were evaluated and ranked across six categories according to their number of Bay Area based employees. Winning organizations were honored for having created exceptional workplaces that their employees value highly. There were hundreds of competing companies vying for spots in the six categories.

“It was an honor to accept this award on behalf of VLP,” said Ms. Shirasu. “After 18 years with the firm, I can confidently say that our people and culture make VLP a truly exceptional place to work. The dedication and long tenure of our partners and employees are a testament to the strength of our organization and our commitment to excellence.”

VLP’s Managing Partner Tim Bowers added, “VLP has intentionally cultivated a culture of collaboration, built on the talents of exceptional professionals united by a shared purpose and direction. This is the third consecutive year that we’ve been honored with this award, and it’s a continuing affirmation of the deep connection our VLPeeps feel to this remarkable place we’ve built together.”
