Palo Alto, CA – July 8, 2025 – VLP Law Group LLP has been recognized as a winner of the 2025 Bay Area Best Places to Work, an awards program presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Select employers from the Bay Area were named winners of the award at a ceremony held in Burlingame on June 12, 2025. Coryn Lake, Director of Administration & Human Resources, and Leslie Shirasu, Talent Acquisition & Workplace Experience Manager, were on hand to accept the award on behalf of the firm.

Award applicants were evaluated and ranked across six categories according to their number of Bay Area based employees. Winning organizations were honored for having created exceptional workplaces that their employees value highly. There were hundreds of competing companies vying for spots in the six categories.

“It was an honor to represent VLP and accept the award again on behalf of the firm,” said Coryn Lake. “Having worked at VLP over 12 years, I can honestly say that our culture and our people make VLP a unique and great place to work anywhere in the U.S. The long tenure of so many of our partners and employees is a testament to that.”

VLP’s Managing Partner Tim Bowers added, “For over 17 years now, VLP has been purposefully fostering a culture of collaboration, driven by a team of talented professionals unified in direction and purpose. This award is a meaningful affirmation of that journey—and it’s especially gratifying to see the strong connection VLPeeps feel to this special place.”
