VLP Partner Melissa Krasnow recently co-authored a blog post for the National Association of Corporate Directors entitled, “What Directors Need to Know about the California Consumer Privacy Act.” The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA), came into effect on January 1, 2020.
