VLP Law Group LLP Continues Growth with Addition of Melissa Krasnow as a Partner in the Firm’s Privacy & Data Security, Technology Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups

Palo Alto, CA (October 31, 2016) – VLP Law Group LLP is pleased to announce that Melissa Krasnow has joined the firm as a Partner in the Privacy & Data Security, Technology Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups. As the first Minnesota attorney to join VLP, she will be based in Minneapolis and will continue her practice in these areas.

Krasnow previously was a partner for almost a decade each with an Am Law 100 law firm in Minneapolis and an Am Law 200 law firm in Chicago, Illinois.
