VLP Partner Melissa Krasnow has been selected to be a contributing practitioner for Domestic Privacy Profiles, a new Bloomberg Law privacy and data security resource that provides insight into U.S. state laws and regulations regarding data protection and management provisions.
This new state law collection offers a comprehensive discussion of applicable laws and regulations, regulatory authorities, enforcement actions, legislative proposals, and other emerging concerns. Practicing attorneys from each state provide expert review of the profiles and write exclusive analysis on the unique regulatory climate in each state.
Ms. Krasnow is a contributor for the Domestic Privacy Profile: Minnesota and author of the Risk Environment Section.
