Kendra Brooks is a Legal Specialist in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. She specializes in patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights, foreign patent and trademark protection, intellectual property litigation, technology licensing and other intellectual property matters, including post-registration maintenance; IP research, due diligence and information disclosure matters; management of corporate clients’ extensive IP portfolios; direct collaboration with foreign counsel pertaining to international prosecution, inventor foreign filing licenses and post-registration activities. Kendra has also worked with technologies including software and computer systems, gaming products and systems, outdoor recreational equipment, industrial pumping equipment and mining.
