She specializes in procurement and enforcement of patents rights, trademarks and other intellectual property matters, including US and foreign patent prosecution and post-registration maintenance; trademark clearance, prosecution and maintenance; IP research, due diligence and dispute-related matters; management of corporate clients’ extensive IP portfolios; direct collaboration with foreign counsel pertaining to international prosecution and post-registration activities. Elisabeth has also worked with technologies including communications, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
