Davis Hall is a Legal Specialist in the area of secured transactions. He specializes in the due diligence, documentation and closings of secured and unsecured finance transactions.
His practice includes assisting private and commercial lenders in all facets of equity and debt financings, including commercial bank loans, mezzanine and second lien debt transactions, acquisition financings, letter of credit facilities, bridge loans, and assignments.
Prior to joining VLP Law Group LLP, Davis was a Paralegal Specialist in the Arlington office of BWW Law Group LLC. During his tenure, he specialized in legal services in association with mortgage lending and his experience included due diligence, case management, and litigation.
