Jacob Dy-Johnson is an attorney in the Commercial Lending practice area at VLP. Jacob’s practice focuses on all aspects of secured and unsecured debt finance, including venture debt, syndicated credit facilities, asset based loans, bridge loans, workouts and restructurings. He represents banks and other lenders as well as borrowers in diverse industries such as technology, life sciences, professional services, manufacturing and retail.
Prior to joining VLP, Jacob was an attorney in the Corporate Finance Group of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
