VLP Partner Melissa Krasnow presented on regulating privacy at the National Association of Corporate Directors’ (NACD) Global Board Leaders’ Summit 2017 in National Harbor, Maryland on October 3, 2017.
The session will explored questions raised by the evolving technological and economic landscape and new methods for online data collection and new and proposed regulation, as well as how business leaders can identify red flags, avoid pitfalls, and implement sound processes that leverage innovation while addressing privacy.
