Brian Davis, Partner and Co-Chair of VLP’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, spoke to the Carolina Patent Trademark & Copyright Law Association at its annual Spring Meeting on Friday, May 6, 2016, at the BB&T Ballpark in Charlotte, NC.
Brian’s presentation was titled “Trademark Basics That Are Not So Basic: Practical Tips for US and Foreign Trademark Filings.”
The Carolina Patent Trademark & Copyright Law Association is the oldest legal association dedicated to practitioners of Intellectual Property law in North and South Carolina.
