VLP Law Group’s Managing Partner Timothy R. Bowers was recently featured in a Daily Journal article regarding the hiring boom that VLP is experiencing in light of the global coronavirus pandemic.
“We’ve hired seven lawyers since the end of August, and we don’t see any slowdown in our recruiting pipeline. We’ve been very deliberate about going after the right types of candidates that, maybe in the past, we wouldn’t be able to persuade to a model like ours. But the new work reality that the pandemic has caused is enabling us to speak with people that maybe were a little bit hesitant to visit our model in the past.”
