VLP Attorneys Timothy Bowers and Andrew Dixon Coauthored a Column Entitled “The Essential Role for Seller’s Counsel in M&A Negotiations” in the Daily Journal

Timothy R. Bowers, Managing Partner of VLP and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and Andrew P. Dixon, Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Group, authored a column entitled “The Essential Role for Seller’s Counsel in M&A Negotiations” in the November 6, 2019 issue of the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal.

The column explains that, due to the inherent conflicting incentives between buyers and sellers and the complex economic, legal and tax issues involved in M&A transactions, it is critical that sellers engage sophisticated legal counsel to achieve optimal outcomes.
