Virginia Waller is a Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. With over 20 years’ experience representing a wide variety of clients across multiple asset classes and industries, Virginia assists clients with all aspects of real estate leasing, acquisition and development. She advises developers, tenants and landlords, purchasers and sellers, investors and lenders in the acquisition, development and financing of various projects, including office space, hotels and conference centers, retail and restaurant sites, theaters and museums, research facilities, warehouse space, mixed-use facilities, master-planned communities and raw land investments. Her clients include private and public entities ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as professional firms, family trusts, unions, governmental entities, non-profits and individuals.

Virginia’s practice includes the negotiation and preparation of contractor, architect and related construction agreements, as well as construction management and project management contracts and general service agreements.

Prior to joining VLP, Virginia worked with a real estate development and consulting company in Washington, DC. She started her legal career with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
