Mike Kass is a Partner in the firm’s Affordable Housing & Community Development and Real Estate Practice Groups and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Mike represents real estate developers and other project sponsors in a wide range of real estate development and capital markets transactions with a particular focus on affordable housing and community development projects. He also has extensive experience in complex litigation and consults with clients on prelitigation strategy and dispute resolutions matters. Before joining VLP, Mike was a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
