Andrew J. Giorgianni is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on transactional real estate law. Andrew assists clients in all aspects of commercial and residential transactions. He negotiates and drafts office, industrial, retail and residential lease agreements, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements and construction management contracts on behalf of real estate developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers.
Andrew also advises on entity and formation strategy for corporations, LLCs and other types of business entities.
Prior to joining VLP, Andrew was with Berliner Cohen, LLP for ten years.
