Allison Pedrazzi is Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Group, representing a wide variety of private companies on matters ranging from complex transactions to daily corporate governance. She has worked with companies from formation to sale and specializes in developing strong relationships with clients to ensure they understand the process and all their options.

Allie has a broad range of experience with both public and private companies, enabling her to help clients see the big picture and prepare for all possible growth and exit events. She has counseled clients through start-ups, initial capital raises, restructurings, sales, and public offerings, and through all the ups and downs along the way.

Before joining VLP, Allie gained extensive experience at Goodwin Procter LLP in their San Francisco office, working with leading clients in tech, life sciences, digital media, and other industries.
