VLP Law Group Further Expands with the Addition of Executive Compensation Partner Frank A. Daniele

Palo Alto, CA (November 9, 2015) – VLP Law Group LLP is very pleased to announce that noted executive compensation lawyer Frank Daniele has joined the firm as a partner based in New York City. Prior to joining VLP, Mr. Daniele spent 23 years with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where he was a partner and served as co-head of the firm’s Executive Compensation and ERISA practice group.

Throughout his career, Mr. Daniele has represented and advised public company executives,private equity fund sponsors, hedge fund founders, portfolio company management teams, financial sector professionals, entrepreneurs and other high net worth individuals. His practice focuses on complex and transaction-driven incentive compensation, retention and severance arrangements. He also advises both public and private company boards and compensation committees on related tax, disclosure and securities law matters.
Mr. Daniele has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for his reputation and expertise in executive compensation and ERISA. He has written extensively on both topics, and is a contributing author to ERISA Fiduciary Law (BNA Books). Mr. Daniele received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan.
