The attorneys in VLP’s Securities & Capital Raising practice represent issuers and investors in venture capital financings and all manner of private placements. Our lawyers also counsel and advise venture capital funds, corporate venture capital groups, pooled investment vehicles, and angel, seed and high net worth investors.
